The WinGD 24x7 hotline provides a direct link between vessels and WinGD support centres to help onboard crew return vessels to regular operation.

The service uses the remote diagnostics and troubleshooting support platform WiDE and is supported by data analytics available through the monitoring hardware package installed as standard on all WinGD engines. Data insights can be activated starting as early as the vessel delivery. Combined with the unique expertise of our hotline team, WiDE provides the insight needed to guide crews to a safe and rapid resolution.
